The Attorney Behind the Practice

Frank J. Fazzio, III

Frank Fazzio runs a small Boise law practice centered on planning and preserving what a family or business has built, and on the transactions and civil matters that come down to numbers and documents. A client works with Frank directly, from the first call through resolution. He holds a finance degree from the Wharton School and a J.D. from Fordham, is admitted in Idaho and New York, and tells a client plainly what the situation is, what the options are, and what each is likely to cost.

Flat, transparent fees

Every engagement is a fixed, transparent fee, stated in writing before work begins. No hourly billing and no surprises; your exact fee is set at the free consultation and does not move. Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

What does the initial consultation cost?+

Nothing. The first consultation is free: Frank hears the matter, tells you where things actually stand, and lays out the options and what each is likely to cost. If the firm is not the right fit, you will hear that plainly too.

What happens after I book, call, or send the form?+

The firm runs a conflict check first; that is required before any substantive discussion. If there is no conflict, the next step is the free consultation. No attorney-client relationship exists until that check is done and a written engagement agreement is signed.

How does the firm charge?+

Every engagement is a fixed, transparent fee, stated in writing at the consultation; once set, it does not move. The ranges on the fee schedule reflect real differences between matters of the same kind. Qualifying collection matters can be handled on a contingent fee.

Request a Free Consultation

Based in Boise, serving clients across Idaho. Two steps. Pick a time, then say how you would like to be reached.

The initial consultation is free. A request is not an acceptance: the firm runs a conflict check first and confirms in writing whether it can take the matter.
Step 1 of 2

Select the date and time you would prefer for your consultation.

Opens the firm's calendar. Requesting a time does not create an attorney-client relationship; that happens only after a conflict check and a signed engagement agreement. Please name the other parties involved in Step 2 below so the firm can run its conflict check. Documents are welcome by email and held unopened until the check is complete; please leave out account numbers for now.

Step 2 of 2

Give us a way to reach you.

Email, cell, whatever you prefer. The firm will use only what you provide.

Email, cell, whatever you prefer. The firm will use only what you provide.

List the people or businesses on the other side of the matter. The firm checks these names for conflicts of interest before reading your description below.

Share as much as is useful. Your description is held unread until the firm completes a conflict check on the parties above; please leave out account numbers for now.

Before you send this form. Contacting Frank Fazzio Law, PLLC through this website, or submitting this form, does not create an attorney-client relationship. No relationship exists until the firm has checked for conflicts of interest and you and the firm have signed a written engagement agreement. Your description of the situation is treated as confidential, and it is held unread until the firm completes a conflict check on the parties you list; supporting documents sent by email are held unopened the same way. Please leave out account numbers and other sensitive identifiers for now. This form is not monitored for emergencies; for an urgent or time-sensitive matter, please call the office at 208-279-7568.
